Chloe - Guitar Lessons in New Carron, Falkirk.

Having trained under Karen Blackwood at Blackwood Music Academy for the past 10 years, Chloe has developed strong skills in both classical and electric guitar. During her time at the academy she performed solo and in guitar ensembles and now plays with her own band.

Chloe teaches both children and adults and is able to support pupils with notation reading, tablature, chords, riffs and learning their favourite songs. She also helps students work towards Trinity College London Rock & Pop graded examinations for those wishing to gain qualifications alongside their playing.

At Blackwood Music Academy we pride ourselves on providing high-quality music tuition, and finding well-trained guitar teachers with both strong musical knowledge and practical playing experience can be difficult. It has been a pleasure to watch Chloe progress from one of our own students into a confident and well-rounded guitarist and tutor, equipped with the skills and knowledge to inspire the next generation of musicians.

Students learning with Blackwood Music Academy also have access to a range of performance opportunities, including regular concerts, competitions and community performances at Carrondale Care Home, local primary schools and Carron and Carronshore Gala day. We also run weekly rock and pop band classes for both adults and children, giving musicians the opportunity to develop the skills involved in playing as part of a live band. Pupils do not need to receive individual lessons through the academy in order to join our band sessions.
