Terms and Conditions
- Payments will be returned if your tutor has to cancel or the lesson will be rescheduled.
- Blackwood Music Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class, on entry or leaving.
- Blackwood Music Academy reserve the right to remove students from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at lessons@blackwoodmusicacademy.com /07539 104230.
- You must declare if you do not want your child or yourself to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
-Payments are by standing order and are spread evenly over 12 months.
-Tutors will have holidays built into these payments. Holidays vary between 8 and 12 weeks per year. Tutors set their own holidays and these will not necessarily be within school holidays.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. If you are suffering from a cough or cold please wear a mask where possible.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, holidays and illness included.
- Payments during school holidays are due as normal and any missed individual lessons can potentially be rescheduled within 7 days if there is an open space available. No guarantees will be made. There will be no refunds for group or individual lessons.
- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Blackwood Music Academy will offer a make-up session or take it over WhatsApp, Zoom or FaceTime.
-4 weeks notice is due on any termination of lessons. Notice should be given by email at lessons@blackwoodmusicacademy.com
